Graphic Finishing Partners Introduces FT48 Finishing Table

Graphic Finishing Partners (Maryland Heights, MO) has introduced its FT48 finishing table, which will replace the FT 60 model.

The FT48 finishing table looks and functions the same as the FT60, allowing users to turn a roll laminator into a signmaking, flatbed applicator.

The FT48 provides feeding of mounting boards into a laminator along with a workspace for trimming graphics. The table also folds up 90 degrees and rolls out of the way to keep the laminator accessible when not mounting and trimming.

“Product evolution coupled with customer feedback showed us that the backlight feature of the FT 60 finishing table was rarely used and didn’t warrant the added costs,” said Rob Acker, general manager. “Removing the backlighting, and the electronics and structure needed to support it, means our customers get more than a 20 percent reduction in finishing table cost without sacrificing critical functions.”
