A majority of the outdoor dining restaurants in Downtown Disney and Buena Vista Street have closed while many of the food and beverage locations in the Disneyland resort that offer takeout remain open during the Southern California stay-at-home order.
Downtown Disney and Buena Vista Street restaurants can only offer takeout while retail locations remain open at reduced capacity starting Monday, Dec. 7 in accordance with the regional order issued by state officials.

Buena Vista Street reopened on Nov. 19 as part of the Downtown Disney outdoor shopping district while the rest of Disney California Adventure remains closed. Disneyland and Disney’s three Anaheim hotels remain closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Downtown Disney reopened in July.
Shoppers are not permitted to eat or drink anything while at Downtown Disney or Buena Vista Street. Food and drinks purchased at take-out locations must be consumed outside the Disneyland resort.

Downtown Disney retail shops will continue to operate at 20% capacity during the stay-at-home order. Downtown Disney plans to add additional retail locations in the coming days and weeks.

Ballast Point and Black Tap are listed as open on the Downtown Disney website and their individual restaurant websites. The indoor and outdoor dining areas at both restaurants are expected to remain closed during the stay-at-home order.
Downtown Disney and Buena Vista Street will continue to operate daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. with some exceptions.
