Insomniac extends its Electric Mile drive-thru experience through Valentine’s Day

Insomniac has been feeling the love for its Electric Mile drive-thru experience so it has extended the event through Valentine’s Day, Sunday, Feb. 14.

The experience lasts about an hour and includes lasers, disco balls, light-up mushrooms, aliens, a warehouse-style rave, more than 5 million lights, 500 art installations, some live performers and synchronized EDM music that can be played through an FM radio.

We went to Electric Mile earlier this month, check out our full recap here.

Electric Mile explores the various unique aspects of several of Insomniac’s most popular EDM festivals including Electric Daisy Carnival, Beyond Wonderland, Escape Halloween, Countdown and Nocturnal Wonderland. For those who are new to Insomniac events, there’s also a short documentary played in the queue line narrated by founder Pasquale Rotella.

Insomniac has been encouraging patrons to dress up in costumes and bright colors, decorate their vehicles with lights and curate their own soundtracks for their crew for the parking lot party that happens before you hit the Electric Mile entrance.

Guests can arrive up to 30 minutes prior to ticket time and that is advised because there will be a wait. Those wanting to go through the experience with their vehicle windows down are asked that each person inside wear a face mask since there are staff and live performers.

Various time slots are available from 5:45-9 p.m. nightly. Tickets are $69.99-$89 per vehicle with up to eight passengers and are available at electricmilefun.com. There are also various VIP upgrades, merchandise and snack add-ons.
